Called into their service department regarding an issue with my new pickup. I dropped it off later that day. They had it fixed up roght away. Super friendly staff, John was great to work with. Definitely will go back to this dealer!

John was very good about communicating with us about the work they were doing. He called to clarify questions and concerns they had Before they did the work. I did not feel pressured to have more work done than was necessary. It was a very clean and friendly environment. I will definitely recommend the service department to others.

John in service buttoned a few issues with my Ram. Took care of a full service and put my trailer brake control in. Service makes a dealership and these guys are spot on. Thank you

John in service has always gone above and beyond for me with my ‘21 Gladiator. I did not purchase from this dealership but he has always treated me like I did. Only place I’ll go for warranty work.

I went to have my tires rotated. I didn’t have an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. My service advisor John took good care of me and my truck. I have had nothing but exceptional service every time I have been to to the service department they always take care of my concerns and my truck for me. If you need something done on your CDJR take it Mosaic I’m sure they will give it the same care that they do mine.
