Meet the New General Sales Manager Reese Paulson

Eide takes pride in working with our employees to learn and grow everyday, and then promote from within when an employee is going above and beyond expectations.

That is why we are excited to announce the promotion of Reese Paulson, from finance director at Eide Chrysler Bismarck, to the new General Sales Manager (GSM) at Eide Chrysler Zumbrota!

Reese has shown that he is a strong leader, and he reflects the values of Eide in everything he does. We are excited to see Reese continue to grow as the new GSM here at Eide Chrysler Zumbrota.

Meet Reese

Reese is from Bismarck, and has been a part of the Eide family for just over 3 years. He started at Eide Chrysler Bismarck in sales, and was quickly promoted to finance manager. Not soon after, he was promoted to finance director, and then on January 1st, 2022, he was officially promoted to the GSM at Eide Chrysler Zumbrota. 

Moving to a new place and having to start over can be challenging. “I wouldn’t have done it for any other company,” says Reese. “I know that Eide has my back, and that they are going to do great things in the future, and I am excited to be able to be a part of it.”

One of the special qualities that Reese possesses is his ability to lead. He is always working with the team, and would never ask someone to do something that he wouldn’t do. This unique strength allows him and his team to accomplish goals quickly and efficiently.

Some of his other strengths that have aided in his success is his ability to get along with everyone he works with, as well as being able to see all aspects of a situation, which helps him to keep a level head when making decisions.

Look to the Future

Coming into an established team can be a challenge, but Reese is working hard to earn respect and trust from those he works with, and to show them that he is there to grow with them.

“I am most looking forward to building an even greater team. There is already such a strong foundation, so being able to excel with them will be an honor.”

“Since Eide is a new company to the Zumbrota area, I am excited for us to get more involved in the community. We have many young and hungry sales staff who want to make an impact on the community, and we make sure to take advantage of every opportunity that comes our way, in order to help the company grow.”
