Meet our new Business Manager, Griffin Gartner!

The Eide Organization Prides itself on promoting from within. When we see hard working employees who fit our values, we want to help them to strengthen their skills and grow both personally and professionally within our organization, and Griffin is a perfect example.

Griffin joined our team in April 2021. Before becoming a business manager, he worked in sales for 9 months. 

Even though he is just two months into being a business manager, Griffin is enjoying his new position. He is confident that he is a good fit for this position, and even though this job comes with a little more stress, it is a new challenge that he is excited to grow from.

Griffin has been working in the Eide Chrysler Zumbrota building for three years before we owned it, and decided to stay with us because he appreciates the culture that Eide creates. 

“The Eide organization is set up to allow all employees to succeed, and it is something that I could feel the day that I began working here. Everyone gets along well, which allows us to do our jobs but also work together as one to yield the best results,” Griffin says.

Griffin is a hard worker, organized, and is very people focused, and understands the importance of communication.

In this new position as Business Manager, he is looking forward to growing and advancing through the company, as well as facing the new challenges that he encounters everyday.  

“The most rewarding part of working at Eide Chrysler Zumbrota is finishing each day strong, knowing that I have done a good job all day. Being able to look back at my day and be proud of all of my hard work, and knowing that it is appreciated.”

Griffin knows the importance of facing all challenges head on, because of the growth that is possible and the knowledge you can gain when you have a positive attitude. 

“I would like to thank the whole Eide organization, for not only giving me this opportunity, but also for helping me to succeed in all aspects of my life. This is a fantastic organization, and I am so happy that I can be a part of it,” says Griffin.

During his spare time, Griffin enjoys spending time with his dogs and girlfriend, working out, watching sports, and hanging out with his friends.
