Meet our new Finance Director, Eric Kobarg!

Meet the newest member of our Mosaic family, our new Finance Director, Eric Kobarg! 

Eric has been doing finance in the automotive industry since 2000, and just recently joined us this November. 

Eric got started in the automotive industry when he was shopping for a new car. He started talking with the owner, and was offered a job on the spot. Although he declined, two weeks later he accepted the position, and ever since then has never regretted his decision. 

He was drawn to our dealerships because of our name: Mosaic. He was watching our Dealer Principal, Moneer’s, interviews online about the rebrand of our stores, and he knew this was a place he wanted to work and an environment he wanted to be a part of. “Mosaic is a place where you get to be who you are, and you always feel good going to work; that was something I wanted to be a part of,” Eric says.

“I like working in finance because I enjoy helping and working with customers. I always get excited for customers when they get to purchase their new vehicles, and love to be a part of that with them.”

“There are many things I like about working here at Mosaic. The biggest thing is being able to bring the knowledge of bigger dealerships into this one, and being able to help it grow. I also really enjoy the book club we get to be a part of!”

“Everyone at Mosaic is very hospitable and welcoming. It has been a very easy adjustment, and I am happy I get to be a part of it moving forward.”

In his free time, Eric likes to shop, travel, play with his dogs, and hang out with family.
