Mosaic CDJR Zumbrota's April Employee of the Month: Mick Knies!

Our Employee of the Month for April is Mick Knies!

Mick is an Internet Sales Specialist, and has been with Mosaic CDJR Zumbrota since September 2021!

He is a team player, has a good work ethic, and always works hard to make sure the process is right for the customer, and the customer leaves Mosaic CDJR Zumbrota happy.

Mick enjoys working at Mosaic CDJR Zumbrota because of the people. He says that it is a good team dynamic, and everyone respects each other.

“The most rewarding part of this job is seeing the success of each individual and of our team. We all root for each other, and want the others to succeed and grow.”

“I have seen myself grow a lot professionally through working here these last 9 months because of our management. Reese especially always offers a lot of support to help me grow, and has helped my confidence grow immensely, and I cannot thank him enough.”
